Optimum Futurist

Optimum Futurist is a software company that develops tools based on SaaS to enable digital platforms for entrepreneurs and small businesses. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Optimum Futurist is based in Walnut, California and around since 2016. More on optimumfuturist.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
