Optimum Consultancy Services

Optimum Consultancy Services offers BI, data analytics, project management, software application development and advisory services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Blockchain, Business Intelligence, Consulting and Project Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Optimum Consultancy Services is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at optimumcs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
