Optimaze

Optimaze, Inc. develops data-driven solutions to support workplace planning and design optimization solutions. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Optimaze is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is optimazeinc.com.
