Optimal Process

Optimal Process specializes in custom web applications development, software and websites. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Banking, Enterprise Applications and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Optimal Process is based in Memphis, Tennessee. Their site is optimalprocess.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Optimal Process, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
