Optimal Infosystems

Optimal Infosystems provides staffing solution. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Consulting, Database, Mobile, Project Management and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Optimal Infosystems is based in Iselin, New Jersey. You can read more at optimalinfosystems.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Optimal Infosystems well, your review carries weight here.
