Optimal Defense Solutions

Optimal Defense Solutions provides IT services and solutions in management and IT consulting to commercial and government agencies. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Hardware, Management Consulting and Professional Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Optimal Defense Solutions is based in Ewa Beach, Hawaii and founded in 2015. Their site is optidefense.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
