Oppti

Oppti is a digital platform for high school students to locate employer-provided professional development opportunities. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

Who is it for? Mostly HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, Online Portals and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
