OpenX is a supply-side platform for audience, data, and identity targeting, boosting reach and revenue with top tech and service. In practice that means running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Ad Exchange, Advertising and Advertising Platforms, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.
