OpenHive

OpenHive is a company that allows schools to safely use modern cloud services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Education, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

OpenHive is based in Mountain View, California and founded in 2007. You can read more at openhive.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
