Open Intelligence

Open Intelligence specializes in application and database development services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Database, Project Management and Software Engineering. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Open Intelligence is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and founded in 2005. Their site is openintelligence.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Open Intelligence well, your review carries weight here.
