Onyx Infosoft

Onyx Infosoft, Inc. is an E-commerce and Network Management software solutions provider firm with other services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Augmented Reality, Consulting, E-Commerce, IT Management and Network Security. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Onyx Infosoft is based in Duluth, Georgia. More on onyxinfosoft.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
