Onyx Consulting Services

Onyx Consulting Services is an IT consulting firm that engages in software, systems engineering, and security engineering solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Onyx Consulting Services is based in Columbia, Maryland. More on onyxconsults.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
