Onward

Onward provides a post-purchase platform that automates shipping protection, returns, cashback, and carbon offsets. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. They also list E-Commerce Platforms, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Onward is based in Nashville, Tennessee. Their site is useonward.com.
