OnMSFT

OnMSFT is a Microsoft-centered community that focuses on Windows 10 and Microsoft news. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consumer Electronics and Search Engine. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

OnMSFT is based in Redmond, Washington and around since 1998. More on onmsft.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with OnMSFT, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
