OneRooftop

OneRooftop creates vacation rental software that helps managers and owners simplify their lives. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Travel and Vacation Rental, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

OneRooftop is based in San Francisco, California. More on onerooftop.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know OneRooftop well, your review carries weight here.
