One Shore

One Shore helps you to build better software faster with test automation and continuous delivery solutions using cloud test environments. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

Who is it for? Mostly developers and businesses of every size. They also list Cloud Management, Consulting, Data Center Automation, Developer Tools and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

One Shore is based in Bellevue, Washington. You can read more at one-shore.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
