One Datacenter America

One Data Center America is a telecommunications company that provides cloud, VPS, backup, and storage services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services, Data Storage and Telecommunications. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

One Datacenter America is based in Ontario, California. You can read more at onedatacenteramerica.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with One Datacenter America, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
