On Hold Specialists

On Hold Specialists specializes in affordable, customized audio production for their business telephone system. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Audio, Audio Recording and Production and Telecommunications. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

On Hold Specialists is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana and around since 1989. Their site is onholdspecialists.com.
