Omnivant

Omnivant is an information technology company that provides software architecture, design, development, and project management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Project Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Omnivant is based in Pleasanton, California. Their site is omnivant.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Omnivant, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
