Omega Tech Consulting Group

Omega Tech Consulting Grp. LLC provides IT consulting services for the Federal Government. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Omega Tech Consulting Group is based in Mount Airy, Maryland. More on otcgcorp.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Omega Tech Consulting Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
