Oliver Consulting Services

Oliver Consulting Services offers IT consulting, network support, data protection, and sells laptops and desktops. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Data Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Oliver Consulting Services is based in Gothenburg, Nebraska. More on olivercs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
