Ohm Systems

Ohm Systems is an information technology company for government and commercial clients. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Government, Staffing Agency and Technical Support. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ohm Systems is based in Horsham, Pennsylvania and around since 1998. Their site is ohmsysinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Ohm Systems well, your review carries weight here.
