OffsiteDataSync

Offsite Data is a provider of cloud services including Veeam Cloud Connect. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Big Data and Internet of Things. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

OffsiteDataSync is based in Rochester, New York and around since 2002. Their site is offsitedatasync.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with OffsiteDataSync, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
