Office Beacon LLC

Office Beacon is an internet company offering business process software. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very large company team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Office Beacon LLC is based in Manhattan Beach, California and around since 2001. You can read more at officebeacon.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
