Offboard

Offboard is the modern day outplacement platform, pairing human support with an AI-native application. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. Related areas on their profile: Agentic AI and Human Resources.

Offboard is based in Concord, California and around since 2023. Their site is offboard.co.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Offboard, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
