Odoo is an open-source business software that provides ERP and CRM solutions. The job it does: keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list CRM, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Open Source, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very large product team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
