Odonata

Odonata is a software development firm that offers a collaborative cloud platform for teams to manage business operations. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Odonata is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at odonataoperations.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Nobody has reviewed Odonata on Revaw yet. If you use it, your rating goes first, and it takes about twenty seconds.
