Obtech Enterprise

Obtech Enterprise is a software company that provides UX design, CRM, ERP, and e-commerce services for the retail and education sectors. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list CRM, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and UX Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Obtech Enterprise is based in Dallas, Texas. You can read more at obtechenterprise.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Obtech Enterprise, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
