Oblicore

Oblicore, Inc. provides service level management software. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Oblicore is based in Waltham, Massachusetts. Their site is oblicore.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Oblicore well, your review carries weight here.
