ObjectWave

ObjectWave is a software engineering company that develops enterprise-level object systems for its clients. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list E-Commerce, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

ObjectWave is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is objectwave.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with ObjectWave, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
