Oberon Software

Oberon Technologies provides expert consulting and systems integration services to address all needs across the content lifecycle. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Developer Tools. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Oberon Software is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You can read more at oberontech.com.
