NXT Beyond

NXT Beyond provides management consulting and information technology services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NXT Beyond is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Their site is nxtbeyond.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with NXT Beyond, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
