NutPile Networks

NutPile shows what Internet service providers won't. Track service performance for detailed reports, auto speed testing, historical and more. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Internet of Things and Network Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NutPile Networks is based in Prescott, Arizona. Their site is nutpile.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
