Numatica

Numatica is a software firm that specializes in real-time, software solutions such as big data, fast data, and analytics. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Consulting and Logistics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Numatica is based in Winchester, Massachusetts and around since 1997. You can read more at numatica.com.
