Nuisto

Software Solutions and Consulting Firm. That is the short version of Nuisto. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Nuisto is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and around since 2010. Their site is nuisto.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Nuisto well, your review carries weight here.
