Nubli

Nubli offers software that enables users to focus on the most important mails by prioritizing emails and contacts. In practice that means keeping personal and team to-dos organized and visible.

It makes the most sense for small teams and individuals. Alongside the main category they mention Task Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Nubli is based in Sunnyvale, California. Their site is nubli.com.

Before you commit, look at recurring tasks, reminders, and how it handles shared projects. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Nubli well, your review carries weight here.
