Nub8

Nub8 develops software and online tools to improve cloud infrastructure of business systems. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Management, Cloud Security and IT Management. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Nub8 is based in Miami, Florida and around since 2018. Their site is nub8.net.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
