My Customer Cloud is a customer service solution that allows a company to connect with their customers in real time through its website. That is the short version of Nub Games. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Customer Service, Internet of Things, Location Based Services, Messaging and Public Relations, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
