NSM LLC

NSM is an Software development firm strategically focusing on helping clients to increase business potential. That is the short version of NSM LLC. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Mobile and Retail Technology, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

NSM LLC is based in Parsippany, New Jersey and around since 2009. You can read more at nsmllc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with NSM LLC, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
