NProdigy

NProdigy is an IT consultancy firm that specializes in enterprise resource planning software solutions for businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), IT Management and Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

NProdigy is based in Suwanee, Georgia. More on nprodigy.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with NProdigy, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
