NowRenting

Here is NowRenting in plain terms. Digital rental assistant for DIY landlords and rental professionals. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Real Estate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NowRenting is based in Providence, Rhode Island and around since 2014. Their site is nowrenting.com.

Our checklist for this category: online payments, screening, and accounting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
