Novisys

Novisys is an IT and consulting services organization. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, IT Management and Product Design. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Novisys is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Their site is novisystech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
