Novak

Novak designs and builds computer based software for R/C car applications, modules and accessories for the R/C Industry. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consumer Electronics, Mechanical Design and Technical Support. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Novak is based in Rochester, New York. Their site is teamnovak.com.
