Nova Libra, Inc.

Nova Libra is an enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider which specializes in eCommerce and supply chain software solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list E-Commerce, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Nova Libra, Inc. is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2000. Their site is novalibra.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Nova Libra, Inc., tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
