Notate

Notate specializes in custom mobile enterprise application development services. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Enterprise, Enterprise Applications and Mobile Apps. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Notate is based in Flower Mound, Texas. More on notateapp.com.
