Northwest Security

Northwest Security is a security services company that installs, services, and monitors residential and commercial security systems. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Electronics and Security. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Northwest Security is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is northwest-security.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
