Northstar Network Group

Northstar Network Group Inc offers IT solutions, managed services, and cloud computing for small and medium-sized businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Cloud Storage, Consulting, IT Management and Project Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Northstar Network Group is based in Ludlow, Massachusetts. Their site is northstarnet.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
