North Shore Data Services

North Shore Data Services offers IT solutions and support services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Information Services and Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

North Shore Data Services is based in Kingston, New Hampshire. You can read more at ns-data.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
