Nortek

Nortek offers robotic process automation, app development, chatbot, ERP, business intelligence, and consulting services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Chatbot, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Nortek is based in Irving, Texas. More on nortekconsulting.com.
