Nortech Systems

Nortech Systems Incorporated operates as a contract electronic manufacturing service company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Aerospace, Hardware, Industrial, Manufacturing and Product Design. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Nortech Systems is based in Maple Grove, Minnesota and around since 1981. More on nortechsys.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Nortech Systems well, your review carries weight here.
